Recognised as one of the top VS Cognacs in the world by the San Francisco World Spirits Awards, it received double-gold awards three years running before this platinum was awarded, a mark of the incredible consistency of this product. For us, itu2019s no surprise. Camusu2019s premium estate fruit, patented Intensity method, distillation on lees and use of small oak casks all lead to one thing u2013 flavour. This means that despite its youthful classification, this VS will still stand up to older Cognacs and represent the pinnacle of the category.
