The Composer is crafted from selected parcels of estate grown fruit from the Majella vineyard in Coonawarra. Individual parcels of fruit were fermented in stainless steel fermenters for five days, then transferred to French oak barrels and stainless steel tanks to finish fermentation. The parcels are then aged for approximately 6 months in oak before being assessed, blended and bottled.
