Made in the saignée method, Majella process red grapes (usually a blend of Cabernet Sauvignon and Shiraz) with limited skin contact, just bleeding off the bright hue before a slow, cool fermentation. This great value Rosé has a trademark lip-smacking character and fruity, juicy flavours with salivating zestiness.

58% Shiraz, 42% Cabernet Sauvignon. From an exceptional winegrowing season with warm, dry days and cool nights, the fruit from the 2024 vintage was low yeilding but beautifully pure in character. Fragrant red fruit floral aromas give way to a mouthful of pretty strawberry, raspberry and pomegranate fruit notes. A soft and finely textured structure keeps things light and refreshing while flavours linger gently on the palate, across a pleasantly soft finish.
